  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). For international returns, please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
